Not cool : Aston Martin Vantage
The next time you're planning on shipping you're automotive pride and joy, maybe you shouldn't go with "the cheapest shipping in town". If you do, your car may end up (or, end down) like this poor Aston Martin Vantage.

Saudi prince convicted of murdering servant?
Saudi prince
Saud Abdulaziz bin Nasser al Saud was found guilty at the Old Bailey of murdering Bandar Abdulaziz in a "brutal" assault at their five-star hotel suite. The prince was fuelled by champagne and cocktails.
They had just returned from a night out when Saudi launched the ferocious assault. When he was arrested he at first wrongly believed he had diplomatic immunity but his special status as a Saudi royal could not save him from British justice.
The 34-year-old, a member of one of the world's richest and most powerful dynasties, was found guilty of murder by the jury after just one hour and 35 minutes of deliberation. Saudi showed no reaction as the decision was announced.
The verdict means a lengthy jail term for the prince and the end to his luxury
wealthy family

The Situation!
Mike 'The Situation'
Sorrentino found himself in a sticky situation yesterday when his sports car crashed in Hollywood.
The reality star is extremely proud of his mustard-coloured Ford Mustang convertible.
And he was clearly not happy when his hapless assistant reversed the car into a parked truck, causing the bumper to fall off.
Sorrentino was outside the rehearsal studios for Dancing With the Stars in Hollywood when the accident happened.

If looks could kill: Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino makes his feelings very clear after his assistant crashes his Ford Mustang convertible into a parked truck yesterday in Los Angeles

The Deleted Four
1. Pontiac was produced from 1926 and 2010. Pontiac was sold in the United States, Canada, and Mexico by General Motors (GM). Pontiac has been marketed as the performance division of General Motors for many years, specializing in mainstream performance vehicles sad to see them go
2. Mercury Ford officially announced the closure of the Mercury line by the end of the year. Mercury represents only 1 percent of North America's Automobile Market, while Ford has a 16 percent share. Ford Motor Company has stated that additional Lincoln models will be introduced to help replace any shortfall from the discontinued Mercury brand
3. Saturn
The tentative agreement was for GM to continue to produce the Saturn line until 2011; after that time, an undisclosed third company would assume production responsibilities. Penske's decision to back out of the sale came after an undisclosed company's board rejected plans to take over production of the Saturn line. The undisclosed "company" was later reported to be the Renault-Nissan alliance, reacting mainly to objections from the latter. Subsequently, GM stated they will shut down the division and dealers will have to close by October 2010. Saturn owners will still be able to take their cars to Saturn dealerships for service until closure in 2010, after which point Saturn vehicles will be serviced at other GM dealerships
so sad!
so sad!
Originally known for its plastic-bodied cars and “no-haggle” dealer model; severely held back by a lack of new and unique product.
The original Hummers were first designed and built by AM General Corporation, which was formerly AMC-Jeep's General Products division, The vehicles were created under a contract for the United States armed forces. The first model, the Hum-Vee, was built in a variety of military-based equipment and versions
Thrust into pop culture by a muscle-bound Austrian-born actor/governor, these off-road-biased trucks proved far too bulky and inefficient for the times. I predicted a come back let us pray.
