T.I. is finally getting a break — the L.A. County District Attorney has rejected the drug case stemming from his arrest last month … and we’re told there may have been legal problems with the case.

T.I. and his wife were busted back on September 1 for possession of a controlled substance.

Co-Founder of Roc-A-Fella Records Kareem "Biggs" Burke was caught in a drug sweep called Green Venom,(WTF is Green Venom) according to Jim Hayes special agent in charge of Homeland Security Investigations for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).   

The 18-month investigation into the vast narcotics network – headed by Geovanny “Manny” Rodriguez Perez – resulted in $1 million in seized profits and 177 pounds of marijuana, Hayes said.
