T.I gets off on all charges??

T.I dodges another one! After all the hoopla of his Los Angeles arrest in September, it turns out the District Attorney has decided not to file formal charges against the weed, syrup and ecstasy happy rapper!

T.I. is finally getting a break — the L.A. County District Attorney has rejected the drug case stemming from his arrest last month … and we’re told there may have been legal problems with the case.

T.I. and his wife were busted back on September 1 for possession of a controlled substance.

Kim Kardashian haters!!!

Last week, one of Kim Kardashian’s haters decided to cool her down with a drink in the club.
Kim, Khloe and Kourtney were out at NYC hot spot Juliet when a fan approached Kim for a picture. Nothing out of the ordinary, right? TMZ reports, the fan’s girlfriend wasn’t having it.

His girlfriend flew off the handle and threw a drink at Kim. Scott Disick and Khloe jumped into the fracas and in the scuffle, Khloe’s ring flew off and skidded across the floor. Our spies inside the club say Khloe literally dove across the floor to retrieve it … which she eventually did.

At least we know Scott holds his sisters-in-law down now that he’s sober, and no one came up at Lamar’s expense. Wow jealousy gets the best of some people sometimes!

Lil' Wayne Banished to Solitary Confinement

Lil' Wayne has been tossed in Rikers Island's version of solitary confinement after he was found to have a pair of headphones and an MP3 charger in his cell.

Weezy will be in punitive segregation, but he was already in a private cell. The difference is ... now he will have less interaction with inmates and will spend up to 23 hours a day in an isolation cell.

His out-of-cell time is now restricted to visits, religious services and one hour of recreational time and his phone privileges are reduced to one personal phone call a week.

Wayne was found with a pair of headphones and a charger for an MP3 player and another inmate was said to be hiding the MP3 player.

Wayne has been locked up since March on a gun possession charge.
